At TaleyLearn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Pro subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and cancellations.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions (both monthly and annual).

  • Valid for first-time Pro subscribers only
  • Must be requested within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Applies to both monthly ($5) and annual ($50) plans

Monthly Subscriptions

How It Works

  • Billed at $5 per month
  • Automatically renews on the same day each month
  • Cancel anytime without fees or penalties

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 days: Full refund available
  • After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period
  • Upon cancellation: Access continues until the end of your paid period

Annual Subscriptions

How It Works

  • Billed at $50 per year (saves $10 compared to monthly)
  • Automatically renews annually
  • Cancel anytime without fees or penalties

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 days: Full refund available
  • After 7 days: Pro-rated refund for remaining months (minus 10% processing fee)
  • After 6 months: No refund available
  • Upon cancellation: Access continues until your annual period ends

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  1. Log into your TaleyLearn account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

  1. Email us at contact@taleylearn.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
  3. We'll process your refund within 2 business days
  4. Funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension or termination due to misuse
  • Requests made after the eligible refund period
  • Subscription renewals (refund must be requested before renewal date)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate: No further charges will be made
  • Access: You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period
  • After expiration: Your account reverts to the free plan (5 prompts/month)
  • Your data: All your progress and data remain saved
  • Re-subscribe: You can upgrade again at any time

Billing Issues

If you experience a billing error or unexpected charge:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@taleylearn.com
  • We'll investigate and resolve the issue within 3 business days
  • Billing errors will be refunded in full

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
